About This Spot

Ryu welcomes you with the gentle rhythm of a space thoughtfully designed for both travelers and locals seeking a moment of calm amidst the airport’s usual bustle. It’s a spot that manages to feel both spontaneous and intentional, offering a brief escape where the pace slows just enough to appreciate the artful simplicity of Japanese cuisine.

Stepping inside, there’s an understated warmth in the air—not in the form of overbearing decor, but rather in the quiet confidence of a place that serves food meant to be savored simply and authentically. The subtle hum of travel surrounds you, yet here, the mood centers on balance and ease. It's a sanctuary where the natural colors of fresh ingredients and delicate presentations invite you to pause and connect with the moment.

At Ryu, dining is less about rushed convenience and more about thoughtful bite-sized discoveries. Whether it’s a meticulously prepared sushi roll or a bowl gently brimming with noodles and tender protein, the experience feels personal despite the transient setting. The freshness of the offerings shows in the way meals arrive neatly packaged but with a clear sense of care—just right for those who want something nourishing before the next leg of their journey.

There’s an approachable honesty to this place, where options thoughtfully include vegetarian choices and light refreshers, making it welcoming for a wide range of tastes. The presence of familiar dishes alongside little twists—like a vibrant poke with an added seaweed touch—speaks to a quiet dedication to both tradition and thoughtful variety.

In its subtle way, Ryu transforms what could be a merely functional stop into a small but meaningful pause—a moment that feels both connected and comforting, perfect for those who appreciate food as a gentle companion to the rhythm of travel.

Quite good for airport stand food. Overpriced but so is everything inside the terminal, so am not penalizing them for it. We got the tokyo sushi set and chicken teryaki soba. It was well packaged and easy to bring on the plane.

I'm so happy that in the airport has sushi bar and I can eat my favorite kind of food before flying. Set of sushi and rolls is the right potion, I also have poke with salmon and add more of seaweed. Freshii is refreshing drink make me awake. One more thing they have vegetarian option too. One of my friends was so glad she can have the same type of food with us.
